plain beer batter

Easy beer batter containing a couple of cans of beer, all purpose flour, and a couple of eggs.

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
Salt
Pepper
2 large eggs
2 12-ounce cans of beer


Cooking Directions

Whisk the flour and a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat the eggs together, and add with the beer to the flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Use for fish as a beer batter.
