Bisquick beer batter

Very quick beer batter containing a prepared baking mix and beer.

Ingredients

1 cup Bisquick or other prepared baking mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup, about beer

Cooking Directions

Whisk the baking mix with the salt.

Beat the egg with the salt, then add to the dry ingredients.

Use the beer batter for batter-fried fish.
